A vintage, minimalistic and lightweight compilation that styles your World of Warcraft experience. The compilation is based primarily on Zork, Neal and Imithat's beautiful and clean addons and a few others, some modified. Credit and respect goes to the original authors.

Installation ✔

Open your World of Warcraft folder.
Remove your current Interface-folder.
Download Ansi UI, unpack it and copy the Interface-folder into your World of Warcraft-folder.
Launch World of Warcraft.
Shift+Alt-click to move the stance bar & pet bar.

New in 8.0 ✔

Ui package is stripped down to primarily focus on style and functionality.
Ui still has all the small unintrusive and elegant quality of life features that makes the Ui unique. E.g. type /Shadow 100 to add shadow to the Ui (goes from 0 to 100).
Player and cursor coordinates added to the world map.
Combat text has been tweaked.

New in 7.3 ✔

A new unique, carefully selected font never seen in another interface.
New slightly more neon statusbars with flatter texture.

New in 7.2.5 ✔

Automatic screenshot of achievements (saved in your screenshot folder).
A small note in the chat with reputation changes (faction, status).
Type /Shadow 100 to add shadow to the Ui (goes from 0 to 100).

8.0.1.03 Fixed a lot of errors. Removed most of my own preffered addons to make Ansi Ui focus only on style, quality of life and nifty gameplay features. Still working on the old gryphon-replacement and the dark frames from Legion and beyond. Trying smaller class portraits in the unit frames - I like it so far.

8.0.1.02 Added some addons back to make the ui feel more like it did in Legion. Also removed some addons that caused too many errors.

8.0.1.01 A lot of changes - going back to basics.

7.3.5 Bug fixes. Wrong file was uploaded for a few hours. Fixed January 25.

7.3.5 Action Bar folder was missing. Fixed January 22.

7.3 Fixed bugs, added a new font, new textures, re-added class portraits, removed the addon 'SpellNotifications' and 'ObeliskQuests' because they didn't work as intended.

6.2 Cleaned up a lot. Fixed and changed fonts. Added new features and addons.

nMainbar error

Hi,

Firstly, thanks for awsome UI, it's just what I want, it's not too much and it modifies the normal blizz ui just enough.

Anyhow, im getting an error with nMainbar with 7.3.5
I also posted this error to nMainbar addon comments.

Lately, the UI landscape appears to be filled with ElvUI/TukUI variants. (I am not taking shots at those UI's at all, as I've used them for years). But your UI maintains some of the 'feel' and many of the thematic elements of the Blizzard/WoW UI, and I like that. It's a fantasy game, after all, and I feel like there are a lot of UI's that take on a style more in line with a sci-fi game or they just appear too foreign from the developers original intention and break immersion. This is my long-winded way of saying: 1) thanks 2) love the UI 3) Not much I'd change about the UI if I could, honestly. I find myself really looking at UI's like this and SUI and enjoying them more and more. Slap on a bag add-on, maybe a nameplate add-on, dmg meter, and away you can go... right into the game. No unneeded install wizards... no worry about setup issues for your alts. Just log in... and enjoy the game with some nice features and great appearance. Again, great work! Love the UI. I have some questions regarding the customization though: Is it possible to show debuffs on the targets nameplate? (like stuns, dots etc.) The target dummys on my brewmaster didnt show anything Is it possible to revert to the normal target markers? e.g. i have a hard time finding skull Is there a way to move the text which appears when you change zones?
