Dailies Quest Tracker

This is a Broker Dailies Quest Tracker Addon, that will keep track of the dailies that you have done for the day. All libraries are included. You will need to have some sort of Broker container in order to use this addon. (I.E. Fortress, DockingStation, NinjaPanel, etc..)

Shift-Left-Clicking on a quest title, will paste the quest link in the chat-box.
Control-Left-Clicking a quest title will open that quest within the Quest Log. This will only work if you currently have the quest.
Left-Clicking the Broker icon will open your Quest Log.
Right-Clicking the Broker icon will open the settings for Dailies Quest Tracker.
You can track multiple toons (Horde/Alliance) to keep track of dailies done on all of them. Right now, if you have characters with the same names on different realms, issues may arise with tracking.
Filter out groups you have no interest in watching.
Shows reputation from factions and will color the faction based on your current standings. You can also display your current standings in the group headers.
If you have any announcement addons (Scrolling Combat Text, Blizzard UI, Parrot) you can have it announce to those scrollers.

Fixed Daily Timer not showing if resetting less than a hour
Fixed Battleground Holidays not showing
Fixed some graphical glitches
Added Hodir Badges to 5-Player Normal dailies
Added 'Identifying the Remains' daily to Argent Tournament and corrected the total counts

** BUGS/ISSUE First remedy **
PLEASE delete DailiesQuestTracker saved variables first if you are running into errors. ALOT has changed and you have been forewarned.

Localizations are in the works and will happen, but as of right now this version will only work on ENGLISH clients.

Which is beyond my control till they fix it, or I upgrade the mod to Ace3 which has a new set of updated libraries which aren't compatible with Ace2. As far as doing dailies on more than one toon, I'm not sure why your dailies are resetting. I only have one toon that can do dailies, so hard for me to test it at the moment, but no one else has reported this happening. Last edited by Fritos : 04-17-08 at 03:19 PM.

Actually, the upgrade to Sink-1.0--LibSink-2.0--is completely standalone. Don't need to change over to Ace3 to use it.

Hmmm.. When I tired it before, I couldn't get the library to load in the mod. Will have to do so more tinkering around. Thanks for the info.

The problem is that the server I'm on is on Phase 4, but the Alchemy Lab has not yet been built. So Discovering Your Roots is instead the daily that is available here currently from the NPC Mar'nah. That one is not showing in the list when I pick it up (or do not); instead Rediscovering Your Roots is in the list and is grayed out.

If you want something like this there is a new mod (released April 27) that does just that: DailyQuestTracker (name probably too similar to this one

). Uses AceComm-2.0 to share daily quest info. Rather buggy & unfinished, but does the job.

As to Dailies Quest Tracker here, another problem. Have the FuBar tooltip quest list window open (showing the quests) when quests reset at 4 AM and the following 2 errors are thrown up:

Also, its been discussed before, but...this seriously needs a way to expand the quest listing when you are in an area where it currently doesn't let you do so. So you can see what you still have to do as well as decide what to do next if you are running out of time (etc.) and on a NPC flight or similar.

Regardless of how you have "unfolding..." set, there are some areas you are in (primarily when on a NPC flight between points) that don't let you unfold the quests. Its very inconvenient.

Fritos A Murloc Raider Forum posts: 4 File comments: 149 Uploads: 2	Yeah apparently Blizzard made some changes to the way you parse money in the game, which broke the library as with a few other undocumented changes that broke some other libraries. Unfortunately I don't see Abacus 2.0 being updated as it's a older LIB (Same issue with Sink 1.0), but I hopefully have a work around that will load the newer maintained libs with the older ones and will so-call upgrade the old ones to get things working again. Believe me, I 'd rather update in one location myself and it'd be all done with and people wouldn't need to goto other locations. I reapplied for an SVN account a few days ago as they stated the old ones where lost in a Warlock Portal. Still no response, so cross your fingers as this will be the last time I apply.

Easiest way is to join on IRC and get in direct contact with them. Then it's usually only a matter of minutes (Besides that, being present in IRC is a great idea in general to get in touch with others ) wrt Abacus-2.0, I think the easiest way would be to simply upgrade to LibAbacus-3.0 which was updated. Got a bit of a major bug in the latest version (which I know you said would likely be buggy...) It loads the AceComm channel, and no matter which channel I click, I can only see the AceComm channel. I cannot see the users in any other channel, and can't use voice chat in the other channels as a result.
