Blizzard has just hotfixed the /who function in a way that makes it difficult to use by addons.
It can still work, but not as often.
For the time being, I suggest UNChecking the setting called "Run who automatically on new requests" until I figure out what this is all about.

There's options to unlock both the talking head and the dialogs.
I can freely move the dialogue option but not the two big frames (talking head + reward frames). I see nothing obvious in the options either....

Might it be better to display the raw value?
(I mean I can check the source for what it does but I don't think it's intuitive for most players, all references to softcap/crit immunity use numerical value)
