right now idk why but in raid you lag a ton and drop below 15 fps ran lfr the other day and i deleted ev erything and just tested the ui and same prob.. tried 3 other ui and everything worked fine.. so i know the issue is with the altz ui atm.
Read other posts dude he is aware we mentioned this awhile ago.

Frame issues. Anyone else since this release having awful frame issues in raids? I have everything disabled except ALtz stuff and i drop down to 4 frames when combat starts in raiding. I have a 1080 TI with a Ryzen 7 so no hardware issues this didn't start until this release.
