Any class that you play and you choose some form of Class Color or Darker 1-bar theme will colour the borders fully or partially.

So, something in the mod pack somewhere makes the game shout vulgarities when someone casts heroism in an instance.
Which mod is that so I can disable it?
Make sure you are using the updated version of the UI, that addon was removed in 10.19 and future versions. Was included by accident in the supplement pack.

Well I must say I love this adaption of Elvui it looks and functions perfectly and knock on wood no lua or bug errors lol the only questions I have is
1)As the lead says DecUI does not show up in either updater ?and had to do manual install very easy

I am not sure what changes to addonskins was made, but a lot of background textures are now transparent for quit a few of the addons the mod has skins for.
Tooltips in atlasloot
Background in bugsack
Mission completion box background in master plan

After install it works fine but as soon as the UI reloads it crashes and only the HP bar is skinned. No errors. /ec or /elvui doesn't work but the control panel is accessible from the game menu. Tried reinstall ElvUI and the whole DecUI and it works until it reloads and boom.
Go back over the installation steps.

still having issues adding glyphs to my spellbook with Dec UI installed. I have to uninstall all addons to add glyphs to the spellbook or to check the status.
Also, what addon is causing the ANNOYING mortal kombat "fatality" when I mouseover any link in chat. It's driving me nuts!

Did the folder structure change as well? The folder Buttons, ClassTrainerFrame, Common, dialogframe, Glues, Helpframe, and Spellbook are no longer present in the latest download and the folder is named something other than DecUi instead it is called 1471015184-addons

Love the UI. One thing I can't find that I want to turn off - what is making the text (name, guild, class color, etc.) of the target I hover over with my mouse (anchored to mouse location)? It's not tooltip - it seems separate.
I anchor my tooltip to my mouse so this other "name" text is stuck behind it.

Having re-read this report, the bank and standard bags locations appear as intended for the various layouts. I have corrected bagbar placement issues for the layouts - it will now be mouseover, horizontal and descending, placed above the right chat frame.
