I've got a solution. It's not 100% perfect, but it works. First, in the options of the config file, set it so that the diagonal buttons are configured as seperate buttons. https://imgur.com/rIY6qBt That now won't let me walk forwards and to the left or right at the same time, but also actually lets me walk forward at all....

I think we can determine if it is your controller that's causing the problem by using the ConsolePort keyboard. Open the chat when you have the keyboard addon active and try to rotate your left stick. You should be able to highlight each of the 8 circles by doing a slow circular motion with the stick.
