Actionbars question

Newbie to the UI. Long time ElvUI user. I had previously setup ElvUI to mirror my HID's a Logitech G13 and a Razer Naga. I didn't see an option that would work in the config, so that I can have one main action bar that is 2 rows of 6, and then a secondary action bar that is 4 rows of 3. Is this available in config? If not, where in...

ArkInventory Tuk Bags

Ok, So I did a fresh install of this UI, then installed ArkInventory, all is well, until I go to open my bank bags, then both bags systems pop up, making a huge mess on screen. Is there a config option somewhere i'm not seeing to disable the bag ui, so I can see only the ArkInventory one?
