This may have been asked and answered and if that is the case, I apologize, I am trying to get my action bars to always show. I change the visibility setting in ElvUI but it just default to control showing the action bar
Make sure elvui combat state options isn't installed/highlighted, sometimes I forget to delete it when updating...
