Summoner bar

Is there any plans on making the summoner bar detachable from the healthstone/summoner button? Not all of us have our mini maps in the top corners. Currently, when I click to open the summoner bar it is behind my action bars because my mini map is in the bottom right corner of my screen. It would be great if this bar could be moved.

I just made the switch from titan to Fubar. Evenrything seems to work. I do however get a error when uploading with transparencyFu. Here is the link to my error. Seems to give 3 errors.
