Ever since the 7.3 update, battle net icons have sometimes appeared blank in chat and sometimes they do load. Seems about 50/50 chance of happening.

Hey, love the UI i've been using it for years. Since the 7.3 update i've had problems with buffs on unitframes. Buff scales on party/arena/raid unitframes are waaaaay out of proportion and target unitframes aren't displaying mounts and buffs with no duration, how do i fix this?

I have 2 really long, what appears to be art panels. I do not know how to move or resize them. Also, I have an invalid tag on my player frame and target frame.
Help?
Those are the background panels for the Nouveau themes, you can move or disable them from the config menu under actionbar panels.
