If you were using an addon that allowed you to assign the raid symbols using key bindings before, then you'll have to download and reinstall that addon. Otherwise, I don't personally know of any default Blizzard keybinding options that let you do this...where in the keybindings menu did you assign the keybindings before MazzleUI?
