Welcome to my custom user interface.
I use an ultrawidescreen monitor with a 3440x1440 resolution.

You can use a different resolution. Just resize and move frames and backgrounds.

Installation

Backup your interface + WTF folders!

Extract the zip file, you will find three folders: Interface, WTF, Fonts

- go to path: WTF -> Accounts
- change ACCOUNTNAME to your own accountname in caps
- go inside the your accountname folder, and change Living Flame to your Server
- go inside your server folder and change Caith to the name of your toon
- Then you copy my WTF, Fonts and Interface folder into your wow directory. Replace all files.
- Enter the game type /reflux switch CaithHC3 to load all the ingame profiles. Care, the command is case sensitive.

I use a couple of addons to modify my UI

Unitframes: PitBull, WeakAuras
Buttons: Dominos, OmniCC, WeakAuras, Masque
Combat: Details, CFCT, LoseControl, MSBT
Nameplates: Plater Nameplates
Map: Leatrix, BasicMinimap
Chat: Prat
Other: Leatrix Plus, Reflux, MoveAnything, !BugGrabber, AdiBag, TacoTip, Darkmode, Questie, ShamanBlue, wowsimsexporter

You can update Quartz, but because the addon got changed you will lose all your settings. I would recommend updating it sooner or later because the old version gives errors. What I did was make screenshots of all my castbars 'in action' and of the setting windows for your active bars. Filling in the same values in the new version will still yield the same results, it's just saved in a different manner I guess. It takes some time but you can rebuild it accurately. Make sure to save your settings as a profile named "CaithUI" so it works with Reflux.

After this you will have to restore KGPanels, because the new quartz frames have different names than the old ones. You can use the following command to find these names, just hold your mouse over the bar when it's unlocked (important, doesn't work otherwise) and throw this in chat:

/run ChatFrame1:AddMessage(GetMouseFocus():GetName())

That should give you the name of the frame you need to anchor your KGPanels to, you'll need to do it for the following: focus1, focus2 (focus cast bar), left1 (player cast bar), right1 (target cast bar), petcast 1 and petcast2 (pet cast bar).

After that you might need to disable Quartz options like "buff" to get rid of some extra bars that Caith didn't have on I believe.

This should give you a new, bug-free Quartz with the exact same looks and functionality as the old one. Be sure to make a backup of your old Quartz interface and WTF files before you start on this though, so you can always switch back if something goes wrong.

I use WoWMatrix and it works fine for me. but does anyone know how Caith added the Warlock soul shards to his PitBull 4 UI? I really want to use that in my older CaithUI setup

I want to add what your use for your bar texture. I noticed it is called Glamour4. There were only a few I didn't have already from other addons, that was one of them. The other was Soul something.. I think. Anyway, what addon does Glamour4 come from? Is there a way I can grab the art work and put it in a pitbull addon folder to give that bar texture option? Thank you for your time.
