As for the reset button, It's always there in the lower left of the Options Panel. Its just grayed out so most users don't accidentally click it thinking its the Okay button.

That is an interesting issue you have there. After reviewing my code several times, I can only say that your problem is not originating from the DeathClock addon. Whenever you enter or leave combat DeathClock only toggles the visibility of the frame, it is still essentially in the same place. The only 2 places within the addon that is forcibly sets the location is when you log in, and when you click the reset button in the interface options.

You might have another addon that may be conflicting with it. If you can, disable all your other addons but DeathClock and see if the problem stops. If it does, re-enable all your addons one by one to see what is causing the issue. Let me know what you find.

What I mean is that I drag the frame into the position I want it to be when I am in combat. The next time I relog or reloadui, The position of the frame moves back to where it started off at when I first installed the addon.

The only possible way to reset the frame position is by loading the defaults from the interface options.
If you are talking about DeathClock popping up when you start combat, that is not a bug. DeathClock hides itself when the target is not taking any damage.

As for the bug below, if it happens again let me know what you were doing when the error appeared. The only way I can think that one would happen is if you opened the Options panel somehow before you actually loaded your character.

DBM Integration to compare against enrage timers
Try and work in Bigwigs also if you can while you do this.

LDB support would be nice too
