I made this addon for a friend with a very bad internet connection.

This addon basicly block other addons from sending hiddern stuff in any form to party/raid/guild to save the last bit of upload without needing to deactivate all of your addons.

it only blocks outgoint traffic at the moment since incomaing traffic would at last reach the client (maybe this changes with 4.1).

You may be able to turn this off per addon basis but this is a way to completle disable it on network critical enviroments without needing to search every addon for such an option
