SixUI
SixUI's goal is to provide a clean and consistent design for Blizzard's frames and all of its supported AddOns. It uses pixel-perfect borders at all UI scales and screen sizes. The default layout focuses on healing with an MMO mouse, with the main focal point during raid combat being the lower central area of the screen and featuring action bars resembling a Razer Naga. Less important information like Chat, Minimap, and Skada is placed in the upper outside area of the screen to reduce distraction and maximize the visibility of the raid environment.

Yes, this will absolutely work. There's no harm in leaving this in the releases, so I'll be sure to include it in the next one. I should probably also prevent the Blizzard action bars from being controlled/styled if Dominos or Bartender is loaded.

Dominos support.

Hello Sixthly,

I noticed that Dominos has been dropped from the addon list, however I still want to use Dominos for my bar layout. How do I add the look and feel of the old bars from the previous version of SixUI to Dominos again? Can I just add in the module .lua for Dominos from a previous version?

I love your UI's look and feel with the borders of everything (chat, minimap, etc), and other features, but I design my own UI using yours as a base, which is why I'm asking this question. If you don't want to add this feature back, I understand and I'll just make due with what I have. Thank you.

Edit: adding the Dominos.lua from a previous version and then updating the Integration.xml to include Dominos.lua worked and the bars are looking like they previously did. Going through your code I don't see how the previous version could cause any errors, but if they can please let me know so I can fix it. The Dominos.lua looks to just be a skinning file so it shouldn't be a problem. I suppose I didn't need to make this post, but thank you anyway for you awesome interface suite.

Adibags

Is there any chance of skinning Adibags or is that addon not particularly amenable to skinning?

You can now update SixUI through CurseForge or any client which supports the CurseForge API! Using this method is intended for delivering updates only, and I recommend downloading the graphical compilation from WoWInterface when installing SixUI for the first time. Please note that you may need to manually install "SixUI Core" if your AddOn manager doesn't detect it automatically.

There have been a few other major updates since the release of 9.2:
  • SixUI now has an interface options panel! You can customize SixUI's border and colours, manage the state of modules, and perform some basic configuration changes. I plan to expand on the available options over time.
  • SixUI now includes three layouts: "Standard", "Damage", and "Minimal". Most notable is the "Damage" layout, which has horizontal action bars and out-of-the-way raid frames. Behind the scenes, layouts work by changing the active profile of all AddOns to "SixUI [layout name]" if available and falling back to "SixUI" if unavailable. In the future, I'll be adding support for custom layouts.
  • SixUI's Guild tooltip has been updated to support communities. To change between communities, scroll on the Guild display (located under the minimap). You can identify which community you are viewing by looking at the roster heading. To jump back to your guild, middle click on the Guild display.
  • Some parts of SixUI have been refactored for efficiency and to allow for these new features. Most notably, borders now use significantly less layers despite supporting user customization.

Soulbinds

Hey,
in the default UI you can check your soulbind througha button on the minimap.
Was wondering how I can do it with your UI?

I also liked the SUF settigs from the older version.
But I probably can get used to it if you wanna keep it like this.

Love your work and thanks for upgrading.

Some things I noticed while playing on the updated UI: the new player bars are quite big and overlap with bigwigs boss bars on the right, and also with timers on the left sometimes

Feedback

as a healer it's easier for me to see what's going on when everything is in the center. I really enjoyed the layout of the original where the target was on the right.
I think I would personally confuse the mana bar/frame for target frame.

Is there a way we can get a profile for Shadow Unit Frames where it's an option to go back to the original placements and look?

The current version of SixUI places the target frame on the left and the focus frame on the right:

I am open to feedback!

Also you might have noticed that in the screenshot I've added the power bar back to the target/focus frames and they now show absorbs, but these changes won't be in SixUI until the next update.
