Weird, let me check this. Try to check the Disable Pixel Perfect option and see if this works for you. It's probably trying to scale the UI so no crops in the UI happen, but if you disable Pixel Perfect should be fixed.

Also, can you tell me your Screen size (1920x1080 it's HD for eg.)

Elite portrait is just the dragon art in your player unitframe, I saw someone using in the comments of abyssui classic, it was easy to add that as a option, so I did. lol

The unitframe improved it's looking really nice, I did some artwork on textures in that one. So it's unique in my UI.

yep i mean when you're in a raid group, health bars of everyone in the raid. Currently they have the default blizzard like texture and i was wondering if it's possible to have the "flat" texture one.
