Bladeless UI

Version: v.2.6.5
by: blitz814 [More]

**UPDATED FOR 8.3** [BACK UP YOUR WTF AND INTERFACE FOLDERS BEFORE INSTALLING] [remember to export any custom weak auras!]

Note for any minor updates: If you previously installed this UI you can update the weak auras by copy and pasting from the word docs located inside the Interface folder. This should help preserve some of your own adjustments!

This is an edit of Birg's rogue UI from way back in 2015. I'd like to thank Birg for creating such a great UI. It was really fun getting it up and running!

This UI is ran in 3840x2160, if you play in another resolution it may require some alteration! Add a comment or send a PM if you need any help making alterations.

Weak Auras are available for ALL classes! [NOTICE] I do not actively play all classes so most only have basic UI weak auras [including holy power, soul fragments, chi, ect] other classes I do play have more advanced weak auras and animations. Also, I removed the Weak Auras for the classes I am not using (for resource purposes). I have included a notepad doc for each class in the Interface folder to make importing weak auras easy, just copy the text and paste it into the weak auras import section in game.

Feedback and comments are vital to making this the perfect WoW UI! Thanks guys!

Basic Instrustions

#2 - Download Elvui and Merathilis UI and place it into your addons folder
#3 - Rename the appropriate folders in the WTF folder and start up WoW
#4 - Skip ElvUI process
#5 - Esc -> ElvUI -> Profiles -> Set Existing Profiles -> Default [or newly added Healer profile]
-If buffs are in the top left [Reopen ElvUI -> Buffs and Debuffs -> uncheck Enable]
#6 - Click Details Damage Meter Cog -> Profiles -> Select Profile -> Default
#7 - Type " /decursive " -> Change existing profile to either "Decurse or No Decurse"
-This will either show or remove microunits, Can Alt+drag the microunits to preferred location.
#8 - Right click details icon -> Hide minimap icon (because who wants that crap)
type /simc minimap -> to remove Simulationcraft minimap icon
#9 - Type " /raven " -> Profiles -> Default
#10- "/Reload" for Merathilis UI to configure
#11- If you play a class other than [Rogue, DK, DH, Druid, Shaman]:
-Type /wa -> New -> Import
-Open the Interface folder -> Weak Aura Imports -> Select class word doc
-Copy and paste text into import screen -> Click import
#12- If you used the Healer profile for ElvUI, disable STuF Raid frames in the Addon menu

That should take care of the basics.

Notes:
1. If this is the second time you are setting up this UI you need to type " /Stuf " scroll to the bottom of the global menu and click [Copy to Next Character], then log on to the character you are setting up.

2. If you don't like the blue, you can change it to whatever color you prefer by doing the following:

You can change the colors of the target circles in weak auras: Class Group -> Class Mana Circle -> Color

You can change the power color in the /stuf menu: /STuf -> Player -> Power Bar -> Bar Custom Color

You can change the ELVUI text color in the ELVUI menu: General -> Media -> Value Color

You can change the blue UI elements in the Weak Auras menu: UI Overlay -> Change the bar colors

3: You may also choose between using STuF Raid Frames or ElvUI raid frames, just disable STuF Raid Frames in the addon menu and enable raid frames in the ElvUI menu. If you chose the Healer profile, Disable STuF raid frames!!! Otherwise, you will have two sets of raid frames >.<

4: All addons can be updated through the Twitch apps with no issues. ElvUI & Merathilis can be updated in the TukUI app.

v.2.6.5
-Updated by request. Works with 1080 and 1440p resolutions.

v.2.6
-Changed the Class circle weak aura into a power tracking circle. Added Healer profile to ElvUI profiles [Disc Priest has it's own separate profile]. Various other weak aura tweaks.

v.2.5.2
-Rogue CP 1 and DS_CP1 got borked somehow... fixed it.

v.2.5
-Changed/removed/added some weak auras (Plenty of realignment work)
-Combo Points/Chi/Holy Power/Soul Shards/Soul Fragments/ Arcane Charges have been reworked
-Added a Weak Aura suite for Vengeance Demon Hunter

v.2.1
-Upgraded to 4k! I was able to align the UI much better in 4k resolution. Hopefully this will not effect 1080p players.
-SorhaQuestLog removed, was not showing pop up quests.
-Reworked a multitude of weak auras, also did some more consolidation.
-Added a Weak Aura suite for Enhancement Shaman

v.2.0
-Removed Weak Auras for classes not being played to free up resources.
-Added Merathilis UI support for skinning and raid support
-Changed some sizing and positioning of Raven buff/debuff auras
-Added Outlaw Rogue support weak auras

-That Blue Line is a placeholder for the XP Bar. You can edit it to be whatever you want it to be, but if your character is under level 120 you will have an XP bar pop up. You can move the Weak Aura group Experience Bar if you want to move it somewhere else. If you need any help with that let me know.

3. this question relates to the buff timers in the 2nd pic. Where do i go to configure the sizes of these texts such as duration remaining etc.?[/quote]

-The buffs come from the Addon StUF. Follow these steps to edit the text:

Type /stuf -> Click Addons tab -> Click Stuf -> Expand Target -> Buff Icons -> Scroll to the bottom and you can edit the text for buffs

Glad you enjoy the UI!! I'm constantly working to make it better. I should have an update out in the next day or two that will change the target circle to a circular mana bar. It has become increasingly important and I want to get it out to you guys! It will also contain some other weak aura adjustments.

some help with lines

Hi, I've just installed this UI compilation, and I really like it, so firstly, thank you for your efforts =)

I followed the install instructions on the page successfully, but there are a few things I was wondering about. I've attached a picture to better illustrate my queries:

1. the blue lines that I have circled with red pen, what are these and how do I remove them? I tried looking around in both the ElvUI settings as well as MerathilisUI options but can't seem to find the option for these elements.

2. the thick blue line that I have circled in green, what is this and can I configure this also?

3. this question relates to the buff timers in the 2nd pic. Where do i go to configure the sizes of these texts such as duration remaining etc.?

edit: i play on 1920x1080 if that matters
edit2: added 3rd question to do with buff timers

Thanks!

Which elements specifically? I play on a 43" 4k TV, so I can't really test 1080p very well. >.>

I tried to make all of the right side counts different per spec, I'm glad you like it!

As a note for priest players; there were some changes to weak auras so I will try to get a new upload out soon. However, the mean time, if you are using [Priest Atonement & PW: Shield Buff Group] you can go to the triggers section and change Party2 to party2 [and so on for the other party frames] and the boxes will show under the party frames. Not sure why this change was made... but, it's just changing a P to p....

The easiest way to add a focus target is through ElvUI, instead of STUF.

ElvUI -> Unit Frames -> Select the Focus tab -> check enable

This will give you the focus frame that you can move around with Toggle Anchors. You can also change how it looks in the same pane. Glad you like the UI, hope this helps!
Solid! Now I just gotta make it the same theme. Thanks for the quick reply

Should be able to right click the header of the extra chat tab and close window.

I'm not sure I understand about the quest tracker. Is it the quest tracker from ElvUI or the Blizzard quest tracker?
It keeps loading the default Blizzard tracker
Interesting, try turning the skin off and back on:

ElvUI -> Skins -> Objectives
