Hi all,

Is there any way to send ALL the POIs (like herbs and ores locations) to a person or to the guild at the same time?

I've got over a hundred mineral nodes, and it would be a major pain to click through all of them!

Any help appreciated. Thank you!

hiya, i dont know if this has been mentioned/asked before but is there a way to make minimap icons show up on arrival and not fade in from a long distance away, like they used to do?..its cluttering the minimap and as it stands its more confusing than helping
..would be nice to turn that feature on only on waypoints, or have an option to enable it per note or note category ...

Important notice to people using Wowace "beta" versions :

The latest Cartographer_Notes ignores Herbalism, Mining, Treasure and other module notes by default. You have either to change the option in note submenu to accept all notes or install and set up Cartographer_Noteshare.

Just as a follow-up, the latest updates from WoWAce.com (via the WinAceUpdater program I mentioned) have now fixed the waypoint issue I had experienced.

I have also been having problems with the Waypoint functionality. It was working for me this past weekend but has stopped working for me since. Attempting to create a waypoint from a note I've added to the map triggers an error message (which gets captured by Bugsac) as does the Cartographer module that uses the waypoint functionality to point you to your corpse when you die.

I update all my Ace2 addons everyday to the latest versions available from the Wowace website using the Windows program (WinAceUpdater) they provide to sync my addons with the latest releases.

In the error message that Bugsac captures (sorry, I'm not at home when posting this to be able to quote the message exactly) the Noteshare plugin seems to be implicated.

It would seem that one of the updates made to Cartographer or one of its modules since the weekend has triggered this problem.... but of course I do recognise that I'm essentially using Beta versions by running from the latest versions on Wowace.

Absolutely great addon though - Cartographer and all its respective plugin modules make for a brilliant package and generous praise should go to all who work on it. I've tried most of the other 'major' world-map replacements and I've settled on Cartographer as my preferred choice. Nice clean design, rich functionality and pretty solid coding. Keep up the good work guys/gals, it's very much appreciated here.

When will instance maps for Outlands be completed with all boss locations and loot tables?

Just a read me would help. Great mod just wish I had a full list of slash comands for it.
Anyone have them?

Ive looked everywhere for a read me for this mod and can't find one. I would love to know a list of slash commands for the great mod so as I can get the most out of it.

How do I get Cartographer to track new items that are not tracked by default?

Example is Glowcap mushrooms from Zangamarsh. When looted they show as "Item looted: Glowcap". They are not requiring herbalism, anyone can loot them.

However Cartographer isnt tracking them right now. How can I have it track all future Glowcaps I loot? Like location, I mean.

Same problem here from the version out on WowAce... waypoints do seem to work even after that error comes up so not sure what exactly the problem is.

How do you send your data to another Cartographer user? I tried the options in "Broadcast", trying to send mining data, but it doesn't seem like anyone in guild received my data

I downloaded this because I loved Gatherer and someone said this was better (and working)
However, it is activated in my addons but nothing comes up. Your instructions to put the mining and herbalism folders across, well...where are they? They weren't in the download of Cartographer and I can't see them on here.
How do I turn it on?

I am having a real n00b day today.

There's Cartographer_Import - but no instructions on how to use it and I think it is only for gatherer stuff, not notes. Anyone know how to import notes from MetaMap?

Also, with latest version from wowace, I'm getting a cartographer_waypoint error when opening the map. Sticking with MetaMap until Waypoint error is fixed and MetaMap Notes can be imported.

Hello, I love your addon and have been using it for quite a while now, but for whatever reason It's giving me this error whenever I log in. I really don't mind it much, but since I been trying to get macros for my warrior to work, it keeps showing this error and nothing works, but when I disable my addon it works just fine.

So has anyone else run into this error before and am I the only one?
