Dailies Quest Tracker

This is a Broker Dailies Quest Tracker Addon, that will keep track of the dailies that you have done for the day. All libraries are included. You will need to have some sort of Broker container in order to use this addon. (I.E. Fortress, DockingStation, NinjaPanel, etc..)

Shift-Left-Clicking on a quest title, will paste the quest link in the chat-box.
Control-Left-Clicking a quest title will open that quest within the Quest Log. This will only work if you currently have the quest.
Left-Clicking the Broker icon will open your Quest Log.
Right-Clicking the Broker icon will open the settings for Dailies Quest Tracker.
You can track multiple toons (Horde/Alliance) to keep track of dailies done on all of them. Right now, if you have characters with the same names on different realms, issues may arise with tracking.
Filter out groups you have no interest in watching.
Shows reputation from factions and will color the faction based on your current standings. You can also display your current standings in the group headers.
If you have any announcement addons (Scrolling Combat Text, Blizzard UI, Parrot) you can have it announce to those scrollers.

Added Hodir Badges to 5-Player Normal dailies
Added 'Identifying the Remains' daily to Argent Tournament and corrected the total counts

** BUGS/ISSUE First remedy **
PLEASE delete DailiesQuestTracker saved variables first if you are running into errors. ALOT has changed and you have been forewarned.

Localizations are in the works and will happen, but as of right now this version will only work on ENGLISH clients.

This is someone being a arse, the first person to register the AceComm group can set a password to that channel. You'll need to wait for them to log off. I'm currently working on not using the AceComm channel.

It's gonna take alot more work, so it may be sometime before an update. But I'm hard at work on it.

Anyone have an idea what I can change in the lua file to stop this error?

I do have the latest ACE libraries too.

I'll have an update in a few days that should fix this. I'm adding is a slew of new features, but want to test in thoroughly before releasing it, some things that are added:

Quest Givers:
You can now look to see where the Quest Giver is for all the quests, helpful to those that are new to dailies. This can be turned on/off (There location info) for those more experienced and not needing this.
Quest Waypoints:
If you have TomTom or Cartogrpher_Waypoints addons installed (current ones I've added support for, don't really know any others), you can click the coordinates for the quest giver and if you are in the zone it'll give you that nice arrow to the show you the way.
Money filtering:
You can now filter the amount of gold from Show Me The Money!, so you can only see the dailies in the dropdown tooltip that are in the range of gold you are wanting to do.(I.E. filter out quests that give between 1g - 10g).
AceComm Delay:
You can now set your own delay when joining AceComm (Default is 20 seconds and can be set upto 1 minute), so it doesn't inject itself into Channel 1 for those having slower load times.
Quests Accepted:
The Dailies Quest Tracker Tooltip will now show how many quests you've accepted within a group. I.E. [4/2/18] is [4 Completed/2 Accepted/18 Total Can Do]
Multiple Dailies Characters:
Track dailies on all your characters that are on a particular realm (no cross realms atm, due to differences in time-zones. It is possible, but I'll tackle that when the time comes).
Time Format:
For those that like to see your times in 24 hour format, this has been added.

So, as you see. There are alot of new things being added, so if those bugs that people are currently having are still there. I'll address them then.

I am dlownloading the new version now. Hmmm... different folder and AddOn name: was Dailies, now folder DailiesQuestTracker and AddOn name Dailies Quest Tracker. jakgrant A Murloc Raider Forum posts: 5 File comments: 6 Uploads: 0	Time error There is, well not a big one, but a time difference and time zone issues, with this addon, but only for the first hour after dailies have reset on Khaz'goroth, where the reset time is 3 am Australian Eastern Standard Time and that is also server time for Khaz'goroth, since it's one of the oceanic servers. Since, I have FuBar installed, Dailies Quest Tracker sits up on that, but right clicking on it for some config options, the timezone offset is grayed out and is not selectable for some reason, and I believe the time zone offset is the issue. I'm not sure the addon is taking into account the change in the different hemispheres, northern and southern, going in and out of daylight savings at different times of the year. Due to how FuBar and more than a few addons, I have installed, if I am up late, I can not mouse over DQT for the first hour if I am still up at 3 in the morning, I get errors, it's not a big deal, just annoying. If you could look into the code you use for timezones and hours I'd certainly appreciate it. If you need more information, I'll have to get back to you, once maintenance is over, and maybe take some screenshots, and quote the error that DQT gives in Bugsack.

I am grabbing the reset times actually from the server. So the time that it's telling you is what your realm is telling DQT (+/- for Dailylight savings). Right now the reset times in the US are 4am until Fall when they will go back to 3am for Daylight Savings. But do me a favor and try this, open DailiesQuestTracker.lua and look for Code: -- Scheduled reset time for dailies (i.e 3 am Server Time) DailiesReset = 4 Change that 4 to a 3 and Reload your UI or restart the game and let me know. I honestly don't know how Blizzard handles Oceanic times on there servers. Also, the 'Timezone Offset' hasn't been implemented yet so it doesn't work for anyone (Something I'm currently working on for people that play on Realms with different time zones then their Real World time). So the reason it's turned off. Let me know though. I just wish Blizzard would fix this, as the US Realms also get a error time from the server 1 hour before reset, but this doesn't affect using DQT though.
