    Simple Guild Raid Invite

    Adds 2 buttons to your raid window (o, Raid tab) to invite online guild members into your raid.

    Make a group, convert it to a raid, press the Invite button of your choice.

    * Updated TOC version

    * Added raid member check to avoid "Player is already in a group" spam after initial raid invite

    * Added level and tier check for inviting max level players to raid.

    * Added an additional button to invite everyone online in guild (not limited to max level members)
