Its for those times when you meet those
people that seem nice until u quest with them
for a few minutes then realize this person is a
jerk, hence the name of the addon JerkList, once
you put them on this special ignore list it wil put
something( haven't decided what yet) in the tooltip
of their character when you mouse over them.
