You can enable tracking 2ways, depending on how you want it to display (on the minimap or in a docking panel)
1. On minimap: rightclick minimap goto show: check tracking, config in move/show section
2. On Docking Panel: ESCAPE > Interface > addons > dockingstation: plugins
