v3.4.0a At the vendors in Wintergrasp with the stone keeper currency, currency column doesn't appear inside the merchant frame and does not scroll. Instead it shows as a separate frame that stays on screen even after closing the merchant frame. Reverted back to previous version for now.

No more lua errors with 1.0.6 but there is a little bug present (more of an inconvenience than anything). The tracked skill doesn't persist across logins, bar appears with the static "SkillMonitor" label, until I set a skill to track again.

You can test the basic function on any mob or player in the world. Make a macro with these contents /script SetRaidTarget(UnitGuid("target") , 8 ) Invite a friend to a party, target something and press it. Does it mark the target? If yes all good, if not SetRaidTarget simply doesn't support unitguids as first parameter.
