@Yesyes 800 x 600, that's freaking small (quite an experiment aswell) :] You say that the kgPanels doesn't appear on your screen, even when you have middle UI scale? I am using the lowest UI scale (0.64 = lowest), so try that and show me a picture of how it looks.
