Grid does not, and most likely never will, include any options to hide/show/modify any parts of the Blizzard UI. If you cannot see the Blizzard raid manager panel, you have some other addon hiding it.

Buffs are sorted by remaining duration. It only takes a second to mouse over the end of the row and see which buffs have less time remaining than you're comfortable with. Alternatively, you could use an addon like Energized that reminds you if you're missing buffs (or if your buffs are expiring soon) that you or a party member can cast.

Yes. It is extra work to write code to add an option, and more extra work to write code to apply that option to the addon. Plus, all of that code is code that I would never personally use, meaning extra time I'd have to spend maintaining it, and a much higher possibility of bugs arising because I'd wouldn't notice any problems.

No, and no. I wrote this addon primarily to meet my own needs. If it's not configurable enough for your needs, try SBF, Bison, Aptus Aura Frames, Raven, or any of the dozen or so other buff addons out there.

No code changes are required for Hydra to work in WoW 4.0, and I don't believe in wasting everyone's bandwidth by uploading an "update" that changes 2 digits in the TOC, when you can simply check a box in-game.

No. The Fulmination talent does not actually require you to have 9 charges of Lightning Shield, and I do not want ShieldsUp to get into the business of making gameplay suggestions. If you're having trouble remembering to use Earth Shock, you may find this addon useful:

That's been asked and answered about a million times. The short answer is that the Blizzard template system upon which Grid relies does not support creating fake frames, or showing frames whose units don't currently exist, so a "configuration mode" is not possible.
