With both MedAlert v1.0 and v1.01, no CPU time used on idle and very (very) little when active in combat: 0.011-0.025 CPU/second every other tick when taking damage, measured with OptionHouse. The best performance of any similar mod I've ever tested (including my old favorite--now dead: Low Health Warning)....

But one other problem that has come up with the massive overhaul of talents. For a Holy speced Priest, Ellipsis tracks the cooldown of just the actual Chakra spell instead of the actual "Chakra state". Consequently, its of far less use than it could be.
