 Ability to KeyBind Action Bar Locking?

I've recently switched to Bartender4 from Dominos and the Blizzard KeyBinding for Locking / Unlocking Action bars doesn't work with Bartender4. I found both the command line /bar buttonlock as well as the checkbox in the /bar config but am curious if there's a way to set a KeyBind to Action Bar Locking / Unlocking for Bartender4?

I'm not understanding it entirely. It seems to 'shrink' the field of view and not cut into it like most viewports. Is that the intention?

Is there a way to completely disable the Tooltip Auctionator adds to items in your bags, etc? I use Auctionator fully while at the Auctionhouse, but also use Auctioneer and have Auctioneer setup to show the extra tooltip with ALT and Auctionator adds an extra tooltip on me, but I did disable all the checks in it's options already.

I love the Link option which hides everything and only shows the 'linked' plugins onHover. Is there a way to have each set of linked ones have a different option somehow?
I have a top-center set I want to always be on, and a top-left and top-right 'set' of plugins that I would like to show the linked set onHover if possible.

When I get a whisper from someone not in my guild or on my friends list, it doesn't show the whisper... but then immediately adds them to my friends list... and then their second whisper and on comes through in chat... This didn't happen until I got WIM... is there a setting to disable this? I'm looking everywhere and can't find it....
