I have another nubish Q, I can see my buffs near my HP side bar ( I can see that only if i target my self) , is there an option that i avoided or not?

I have a problem ...i cand see on my target debuffs the countdown of my debuffs...is a bugg or this addon cannot do that..i saw in the phote that it works with MS and rend etc..
