Noticed something else while lvl in draenor the rare with silver dragon is not popping up the dragon around portrait but gold seems to be working. Some seem to be working some not probably just a bug.

Ya the window can be moved but think that is actually the best place for it cuz with your UI tahts kinda a dead area and that area is practicly only used during raids and raids wont activate loot window my opinion ofc keep up the good work m8.

Forgot to add i noticed a bug with latest non legion beta build it says cast bar underneath it is on automaticly but does not work unless yu click off then on again maybe something there. One more thing with the micromenu added to roght click minimap yu dont seem to get the adventure guide popup to move on to next zone unless yu clic...
