Help! configuration

Okay I give up. Please tell me how to set this mod up for dots? I have tried every single "bar type" and spells like corruption and what not do not show up after I cast them! I know it's something stupid I'm doing wrong but I just can't figure it, nor could I find a google answer or anyone in the trade channel that could help!...
