You want a n:m sharing with additional permissions. That's a whole lot different. I *could* imagine that it would work if you had a website to store the databases to mix. Otherwise it is really not feasible as of now, with n people you'd look at n*n (!!) exchanges on every change. (Say 1000 players in the list, 20 players in the guil...
