I downloaded via curse. I checked that it is marked for loading at the login screen and it is but when I login I see a rune bar but I don't have any thing for magic runes under interface addons. There is no minimap button and I have tried various cammand lines just guessing what they might be /magicrunes /mr /config magic runes etc...
