 Life Tap still an issue

Ive updated Event Horizon to the latest version and whenever I enter an instance the Life Tap disappears from EV's display
its solvable with a /reloadui but I believe this was stated to be addressed in a previous update however it is still failing for me.
here is the spec I use 90% of the time in raids.
