I'm having the same issue are the previous poster. Using ElvUI + Shadow and Light on a shaman, have cleanse spirit bound to shift+left click and it fails to work on myself or others, have to resort to using a keybinding (like some sort of savage!). /clique debug brings up the box in the screenshot attached.
