yes, You have set a cast bar above action bars wich would like to remove and 2º its background setted below action bars and minimap. Cool Gfx UI, minimalist, simple and usefull. Whoever would like to disable your cast bar plus remove window (presume its eepanels2) where its written location name and coords. Have Fun.
