It looks like the Gems and the Ammunition 'Types' in the options are transposed. When setting up new bags for those items the opposite items are included in the bags; i.e. the ammo in the gem bag and the gems in the ammo bag...
Not a big deal though; just switched it to match what I wanted to see. Overall - this add on is great....
