 reverse quest behavior

I didnt like the way the quests were handled and wanted the behavior reversed. Press control to auto accept quests and press control to auto turn in quests
Make a copy of ..\AddOns\ClassicCodex\quest.lua so if you mess up you can restore the original.
Open the ..\AddOns\ClassicCodex\quest.lua file.
Search for IsControlKeyDo...
