I have the same problem as Packinwood. I have downloaded multiple UIs from here and I'm pretty sure I have followed the instructions correctly. Ingame, the UI is all messed up.
Try and update it for 7.2 and test if its working for you. Your setup is really nice and it's a shame if people miss out on it.
