You're probably hitting shift + number or shift + mousewheel up/down. Shift + 1 will bring you back to your primary bar.

Sometimes my skills get exchanged for the skills I have in another bar and when I try to replace them back they get changed on both bars. WHY does this happen and how the fuck do i disable it?!
