I figured it out.. bleh. My brother just told me he installed an all in one UI addon to our computer, that had bartender4 in it. Inside it's config there is a check box for "stance bar centering" ... uncheck'ed and working now..
Lesson: Don't use addon packs.

I've installed bartender 4. Moved my bars. They all work except my Stance bar. The stance bar seems to default to anchor to the center of the screen and even when i manually set position, every time i log out and back in it resets to middle of the screen. Any help or solution to this?

Weird, nothing has changed with that code. Back up your saved variables, then clear the TomTom ones. Then set the same waypoint and see if you're able to remove it.

It worked before 4.3, i used it to stock up on enchanting scrolls and see what items was on my other accounts characters. it showed in the tooltip, so it certainly worked before.
I didn't said it would not show any data.
It just often show bogus...

I didn't think chaos orbs could be needed on, only greeded.
If that's the case, then it would not roll on it and you would then be prompted for the greed/pass window.
They could be need on if you have profession that have a use for them.
And PassLoot, indeed, rolling need when configured for, and is able to, do so.

I'm not lying to you. I don't have single issue after patch, since I've disabled Cromulent.
Even then, the culprit seems to be the LibTourist, rather than addon itself.
And regarding MoveAnything, it was causing enough of a headache in the past.

I should note that I didn't clear out any old Recipe Radar data, if any, in the WTF folder.
Update: Cleaned out two entries in WTF and deleted the Recipe Radar folder and reinstalled. Same error.
Considering that RR does not store any data in WTF...
