I can get UB to show up, but the icons for the spells don't seem movable, and they don't change when you drag a new one there. Does it work at all with 3.0?

/sct does not work either. And I have never seen an "addon" tab under the Interface menu, before or after installing SCT.

Try going to the game menu (esc) and selecting Interface, then select the addons tab. If you do not see SCT and SCTD showing up there, then you probably just don't have them installed correctly. The install.txt in the zip files should help you find the issue in most cases.
There is no add-ons tab....

How do you get to the options?

I'm having trouble even getting SCT/SCTD working. It's installed and enabled, but typing /sctmenu or /sctdmenu does nothing (just brings up the message to type /help for more options). What do I do?
