Greetings. I am using a clean install of 7.1 + the update 7.1 r3. I've updated it mainly because of the change: Buffs/Debuffs All Enemy Target Buffs will be shown when in an Arena/Battleground and out-of-combat Unfortunately, this seems not to work in either battlegrounds or arenas. Am I'm missing an option to turn that on?...
