There are currently 3 fonts being used in RealUI: pixel1, pixel2, and standard. It seems like the majority of the problems center on pixel fonts. I offer a solution: use standard for everything. You can tweak the fonts in the respective addons' settings or you can dive into the .lua files and edit them.

Yes, the change will get rid of the Blizz font. :)
For reference, here’s what the default WoW fonts do, however, you just need to use FRIZQT__.ttf for RealUI.

EDIT: I don’t usually use a UI’s Config.wtf and Launcher.WTF. ;) Please also check your Saved Variables folders. There are some old files in there that are taking up space.
