You're not a noob because I made all voicechat hidden ;) Makes perfect sense you cant find it!
If you want the buttons back you need to go into "BasicChatMods" settings and do the following:

Hmm sounds like the anchor for the tooltip has bugged out for you. I use "TipTac" for my Tooltip :)

I have only one thing to criticize. Whe i am in a dungeon group, there is a voice repeating fatality again and again. What addon does that? It is very annoying to listen to it without stopping.
That means you're getting some lua errors. I use two addons for this buggr...

You need to update the addons. There was a bug where if you selected "buffs above frame" it would do this. But its been fixed. The addon causing the issue was "MattUF" :)

That's from the WeakAura. do /wa and look after (Data) Whitedot and delete that.
