This was the second sign (hopefully not on the way to The Seventh Sign :D). What I'm asking is what are the advantages (if any) to the new way of range checking for some classes (only) vs. what was being used before. As I don't need to tell you, if the advantages of a feature don't outweigh the bug potential/future code maintenance/...

Can't see your link below as the URL is "*****"ed out. Yah, EnchantIDs are not particularly useful for most people. But in both the description here and the ingame help (FindIt: Usage: /findenchant (id|name) - /findit for help), it seems as though there is more use to the command than those. Oh well. Thanks for the reply.

v1.5 still working well for the most part and the new /findenchant feature is a fine idea...in theory. In practice its unfortunately totally useless. In WoW 3.3.3a, do (for example) a /findenchant boots. Or /findenchant tuskarr. Or /findenchant Enchant Gloves. Etc. Etc. 0 results are returned for any of them. The only results it gi...

The range alpha still has problems in v3.2.10-14-g14b00de. Any Druid rebirths of someone in combat in a raid, that person's range alpha always remains in the "out of range" state until you either relog or sometime later in the same session. This has been repeatable here (I don't have a Druid, its someone else ressing them in combat)...

Nope, another two levels, the Dridzt fixes (for ostensibly another problem) didn't fix the error posted below. Learned two new ability ranks (one of them an upgraded Paladin Aura). Mouseover one of the two icons in the LearningAid v1.10 Beta 1a frame (I believe it was the Aura first) and the 100% identical error as posted below occ...

Pretty consistent errors with v1.10 Beta 1a in WoW 3.3.3a live. Haven't been leveling much so haven't reported them earlier. On two different occasions when clicking an ability in the Learning Aid frame (after learning something new and/or upgrades after two different levels) to move it to your bar, etc., the following error is thro...

All it is is a "mod" that sets the UIScale...in exactly the same way that the built-in Blizzard Video options panel does...

Nice & basic. But you forgot something. And other issues. Forgot to define the LDB type string field in the mod. Consequently, some LDB displays will have trouble displaying this. When tested with tekblocks, that mod threw up the following warning in chat: Dataobject 'Spec' has no type set!. Always should define the type in a LDB m...

Yes, great work on 3.3v27. The CPU usage when looting corpses has been reduced to virtually nothing (as it should be), items do not attempt to be equipped instead of sold and so on. Glad I could help test the alphas. One fairly consistent issue with v3.3v27, though :(. In about 1/3 of the logon sessions so far, when opening a vendor...

Two new issues with v3.2.10-13-g32d9f55 (& potentially v3.2.10-9-ga2d75e7). The old, dreaded pet-in-party issue reappeared. In a mid-level party with three other people (instead of full). One person was not in the instance. The hunter in the instance had a pet out both before entering it and after entering it. At neither time did th...

Done some more thorough testing of this recently. v3.03.5, WoW 3.3.3a live, USEnglish client/server. Curious to know: why is it swallowing a giant amount of CPU time only while in combat?
