The latest version of MoveAnything is interfering again. Even with the bag options checked one of the bags doesnt stack on the others, it overlaps with one. OpenContainer and MoveAnything definatelly clash here.

It looks more like space is being left for the two unopened bags. Do the bags always open in the spots they would if all of them were open?
Yes. Locked into position regardless what other bags are open.
If any of those commands got different results then another addon is manipulating bag behavior.

For a few days now the behavior changed again. There are no errors when it happens. Open bags are now opened at a very specific location instead of stacking on each other like this:

Got it. I played with some settings before the last core update to make the quest tests visible. It was set to blue this whole time. I just set it to grey once to test and it looked identical. Then I changed it to blue again and then it worked. Wierd but its working now.
About the (world) quest names:

I really love it. Unfortunately the latest patch screwed something up with the azerite/experience bar. I dont have a bar addon and the whole main bars are jumping up and down, hiding the azerite/experience bar and then showing it again at random.

I removed "Questframe" and "Questionframe" and the quest window uses the default colors again. Perfectly readable but the game of course whines using errors. Only few errors but I can deal with that.

It seems that the patch screwed also with the azerite bar. Since Im not using any bar addon I have the default action bars. But they keep "jumping" up and down like it cant decide if it should hide the azerite bar or not.
To fix it I got "hide azerite bar" from curseforge which stops this jumping problem of the main action bar. And...

I had to disable font outline and the texts are readable again.
How or where did you do that? I'm having the same issue. :)
Interface -> Addons -> MiirGui Texture Pack (I have the blue pack) disable "outline fonts". The font is still bad but...

Hey, I totally forgot and ignored this issue. So I did some testing and as it turns out its "extended vendor ui" thats causing the issue of opening all bags when talking to a merchant instead of only the selected bags. I just updated it to the latest version but the problem persists.
