There's a font folder (AbyssUIClassic->Textures->fonts), you can change the font there. npcfont is what you are looking for.
I really like this addon save for one thing: The all-caps name frames. It makes it seem like the interface is constantly yelling at me.
Is there a way to change this?

No, the profiles you have to create/save for their respective addons. If you already have them it will keep the same, it will not reset.
I'm also planning to add profile save for my own UI configurations, right now, they save per character, but you can't reset it or copy the configurations via interface, just manually.

Hey I just wanted to mention that Blizzard disabled RealMobHealth and now displays mob HP natively. I think Abyss needs some kind of update for it to work properly.

Dammit I thought this would not happen, but I forgot that I set a size to the icon.
You need to comment the line, to do that go to the abyssui function lua file, and comment the lines 266 and 269. To comment a line just add "--" without quotes in front of the code.
This is what I get if I rename the folder.
