WA Party Frames Activation Triggers

Can you post up the settings of what the Weak Auras for Party Frames/Triggers should be? I had the 1.0 option and it kept popping up in battlegrounds the empty bar, I saw you post up to delete the triggers and now they don't show up at all. I tried updating to 1.1 and it did nothing?
