I was under the impression it was already, but then again I've never really checked with the integrated version. Easiest fix I can think of is to snag the external version of Redshift (optional files section here), which should work just fine with the same option in its own config.lua, then head to line 1395 or so in EventHorizon....

Basic Lua syntax: NewSpell takes a table for an argument. You're missing commas. Aside from that I have no idea why you would feel the need to track Earth Shock.
