Just took a look. Not sure how I managed it, but DMC:Greatness uses an incorrect spellID in v1.8. Head to line 184 in trinkets.lua, and change it from this... = {44253,45}, to this: = {60234,45}, That should fix it.

The game occasionally 'loses' debuffs in some fights - Their effects are still there and they do damage as normal, but they can't be seen by addons or even the default interface.
